Questions we get a lot
Can I try samples before I order?
Of course, and we would encourage it. Tell us which profile or processing style you are curious about and we will get samples on their way to your lab so you can cup them before committing to anything.
How small an order will you take?
For export shipments we usually start at a single pallet, but we are genuinely happy to talk about smaller trial lots if you are new to our coffee. Tell us the volume you have in mind and we will find a sensible place to start.
What processing styles do you produce?
Washed, natural, and honey lots across our ten washing and specialty stations. We also run bold oxygen-free anaerobic fermentations, which bring out much deeper fruit and a wine-like intensity in the cup.
Who handles shipping and paperwork?
We do, so you do not have to chase it. We export straight from Ethiopia and handle the whole paperwork trail for you, including ICO marks, phytosanitary certificates, and certificates of origin. We will confirm incoterms and lead times when we send your quote.
